I`ve read people elsewhere talk about using the pod for Black tone, I don`t remember there being a 4 marshalls with the right mics preset
thats even if you can get the pre and power amp sound, then what about multi-amping lol

Unfortunately theres no substitute for a wall of 12" speakers pushing air!

On the other hand I`ve been thinking of DI`ing a pre like Studio pre and GX 700 to approximate the other layered amps while keeping the volume within reasonable limits, I am apprehensive though as last time I deviated from doing things the hard way or used solid state, even in small quantities, it manked up the tone, I`m thinking everything has to be real pure valve tone and cranked
