Primacoustic customer service..wow!
Just a short feel-good story about great customer service, which is somewhat hard to find in any other industry but this one:
Bought 2 sets of Primacoustic Recoil Stabilizers..
My studio is on a rural estate, so occasionally I get..visitors. One morning I've discovered that one of those visitors found the rubber padding on one of Recoils particularly delicious and chewed a big hunk off one (since then that visitor has been apprehended and dealt with). Disturbed and upset, I put a call into Primacoustic and filled them into my somewhat embarrassing story. Without hesitation, Paul Blake at Primacoustic offered to send me a new one at no charge...they are in BC, I am in NY...it was here within 4 days!
Now, we know that the pad probably cost them close to nothing, but the point is that it was done without hesitation and very quickly.

btw, the Recoils are awesome, ithey really cleaned up between 200 and 400.
