uhu... but do you have his experience. I mean if he do that it's probably for that rapper and he know exactly whut he's trying to acheive. If I was you I'd avoid using a de-esser when tracking, you can always process the vocals later. Honestly you should focus on buying one or two good di/pre (the best you can get with you budget). That's whut I think.
