I too am listening through headphones (@ work). I like the vocals, they have great dimension. What was your mic pre?

The guitar seemed to get a little too dynamic, prehaps some compression/limmiting might tame it a little. I like the picking.

The vilon needs to just be a lower in volume; it steps over the guitar at times.

Overall, it is a cool cover.
