Unfortunately any EV's magnet is too deep to fit in a PolyTone MiniBrute. These are notoriously shallow sealed back combo amps, so it's tough to find a "high quality" replacement driver that'll fit.
To the OP: can you get the original driver re-coned? That's what I've done w/ my MiniBrute.
