| we had that on our Control-24 here - it's an original, V1 (read:old). After scribbles starting to fail we had bad motors on faders 3/12/18. I called Digi and they overnighted a free kit for fader packs and power supply. It is obviously a huge pain to yank it from the Argosy, but we didn't have to send it out.
Which revision is your unit? Give 'em a call (with the serial number) and you maybe surprised. |
