I'd move the lenrds to the wall/ceiling corners, and stack the wall/wall corners floor to ceiling with good bass traps that work well under 100Hz. Keep adding panels until all the corners are covered. Once they are, add panels over the lenrds until they are full. Or stop at any point along the way, once you are happy with the low-end response.

The rear wall is also a good idea. Put panels at least 4" thick at least 4" from the rear wall at the reflection points. Another bass trap on the left rear corner makes sense. Possibly another on a stand for in front of the door when the door is closed.
