That's a smidgen ambiguous.... the shaft may be 3/8" long but it ain't 3/8" diameter.
The red knobs will only fit on a 6mm diameter shaft.
I suggest contacting either AMS-Neve or Brent Averill as both use the knobs on their respective 1073/84 recreations.
