I was actually about to post this rough mix for critiqueing when I saw this post and thought it might be helpful to post it here as well, since I'm using the Platinum Samples Joe Baressi Evil Drums Kit 5 (I forgot which of the extra kicks/snares I used) and it had been brought up as an alternative to the stock BFD kits. Keep in mind I still need to fix some other things about the mix (probably thined out the acoustic too much and I might add an organ or something) and I'm still not sure the kit I used is really the perfect fit for the tune, but I figure it's a decent way of hearing the Evil Drums in context:
