Thanks to all contributors for keeping the knowledge flowing (acousticians, pro manufacturers, DIY types... recording engineers moonlighting as carpenters--that would be me  ).
I am currently in the middle of constructing two new rooms in my unfinished basement (recent move) - so my focus right now is isolation (I have a journal with pics of each phase that I will be organizing soon and posting in "diary of a studio construction" section).
These new rooms will need plenty of frames so off to the drawing board (in lieu of this communities spirit of sharing, I will keep you posted).
You ALL have raised the bar. Truly inspiring. Thanks again GS.  |
