The only problem is they've got the technology to build something that perfectly emulates everything from a Teletronix LA-2A to a Reaktor 5. And they can probably build it for twenty five cents.

Instead of building something like that, they'll use it to create these:

ps: look also into the advances in technology made in germany, they had a complete audio technology parallel to the americans, and at some point in time, more advanced. I'm not so sure transistors weren't invented by human beings, contrary to what a Philip Corso might have said. Fascinating topic. The machine and the writing looks akin to something from a japanese meccha anime.
