Yes. You should solo the track and bounce it to an audio file (be sure to disable any effects on the track, busses and master so that you get a pure, unprocessed track. Import the bounced audio and place it on a new audio track, route as needed. You can then CMD-drag the effects from the instrument track inserts to the audio track to move them, or Opt+Cmd-Drag to copy them (takes more processing power).

I sure hope that render/bounce to track is a new feature in the next release.
