Its a shame really. I love my Duet. Its rock solid, has never crashed, and sounds better than any gear that I could touch in its price range. Sorry about all of you guys troubles, but realize that there are people using this unit and getting BRILLIANT results.
I hot plug my Duet all the time and it has NEVER crashed.
