| I personally think the M7 sounds a bit better with a pro EQ adding a bit of top end when necessary, it's got a hair more depth or something not measurable. But it's a small line on the differences, some people don't want to EQ so they like the extra top of the K47 (which is still not quite as airy as something like a Bock 151). You can't lose with either. If you have been recording for a while you'll be able to make an educated guess based on how you generally work tracks. For just over $3K both of these mics are really a godsend IME. |
