Are these drums sampled? They are so perfect... but seriously I've heard the Finch demo's or whatever and I can still listen to them cause I like the tunes. When I bought the CD it just put me over the top. | i wish i knew, i asked mark tormbino via myspace if i could ask him a few questions and he said sure. i will definitely be asking these things.
it seems like he might have the drums on their own buss for heavy heavy limiting, last time i checked though trombino wasn't a very big fan of samples, just great mic technique? this could aso be why the cymbals duck under kicks and snares.
