Songwriting Setup

I'm about to move into a new studio apartment and am looking to upgrade my gear. I'm a singer/songwriter, making mainly rock and folk music, with a bit of jazz too. I wanted to get a two channel setup for miking acoustic guitar/piano and vocals.

My thoughts are as follows:

Blue Kiwi / Soundelux E47 (will demo both and see which sounds better on my voice)

Microtech Gefell 930s

Chandler LTD1 & API3124MB+

Apogee / Lavry converters

Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated. BTW I will be acoustically treating the space and monitoring through S3as.
