Yeah, I'm currently checking to see if PDC is disabled. I used to be on Nuendo and I remember it being easier to find.
Also, to quote jupiter 8, "And i believe you can have it turned off for plugins with higher than x ms latency (where x is user adjustable)." This is very interesting, I was unaware of this. I'll check on this as well.
To divine chemical; If it's digital there's latency, hardware or software. There's plenty of good digital both hardware and software. Native Instruments is one of the few companies that is making software with no analog equvalents. Analog vs. didgital, hardware vs. software is a dull, tired debate.
