Guys I have this old song that I'd like to re do with the level of gear I have today. Back when I did it, I was using a W30/JD990/MPC60/VS880. To make a long story short, my VS880 back up discs got old and all of the coating peeled off the disks so I have no back ups, My W30/MPC Disks along with all of my records got ruined in my house in New Orleans during Katrina and
I sampled the vocal loop/ffx so long ago that I don't remember where I got it.
(Though the old mix was pretty cool considering what I did it on) I want to update it to the quality of the stuff I do today.
Do any of you guys know where the vocal sample comes from? (And it's NOT Aretha Franklin Dr. Feel Good) (Please PM me the answer if you do. I don't want to tell the world where I got it. LOL I kept it so much a secret I didn't tell myself LMAO
