I remember when I was a kid learning there were 3 1/2 hour sitcoms back to back that I really liked and I would do 3 different exercises on my ring finger and pinky to build up strength. w/ in a month or so they were the strongest fingers on my hand.
I recently realized I lost all that . . . so I'll be catching the Dirty Jobs-a-thon!!
