| I am a little confused as to exactly how the i/o works on the LDVC, I understand that the limiters are accessible separately from the mic pre eq, but it says specifically on the mercenary website that it cannot be run as 4 separate devices (2 pre/eqs and 2 limiters). This, however, is contradicted in the LDVC literature that I downloaded from the manley site that says "Now there are “Direct Outputs” from the Mic Pre/EQ stage so one can indeed use the micpreamps and the Limiters as 4 separate sections." So are there 2 versions ie was there an update? or is mercenary info simply wrong. Also curious what the meters show (assuming they show line in/limiter levels and not mic pre) when the LDVC is used in this way.
