so I was moving some stuff around where I have my studio set up. And I wasn't paying attention, and I knocked one of my monitors off the cart it was on!
.. it made me feel so sick to my stomache when it made that thud sound hitting the ground. .. I could hear the wood crack. There's a big crack down one side of it, and a small one on the back. And the woofer isn't working at all. The tweeter still is. It fell a good 4 feet.
.. I just wanna go crawl in a hole, and the worst part is I can't even get mad at anyone cause the only person to blame is myself cause I wasn't paying attention. I am going to try to pry it open and see what the extent of the damage is and see what might be able to be done to repair it to some extent. they're only BX8a's so they're not the best or most expensive .. but I mean it's all I have .. and the thought of any kind of gear (except maybe behringer) being damaged is painful.
