I used it with great success on a female artist named Wendy Pace out of Richmond, VA. I recorded, mixed & co-produced a CD for her about a year ago. Favorite mics were AKG Solidtube, AKG 414 BULS and also Oktava ML 52 ribbon. I don't own any really expensive mics. I'm liking it recently with the CAD M9 on male voice. I also use a light touch of the limiter when tracking and finish it off through a Distressor set in Opto mode with an attack of 10, release of 0. I could try to post some snippets of the tracks (never done that before, but my new PC has an easy way to create mp3s). I'll tinker.
