I think legal action is in order, but that would also draw the situation out. I am trying to be professional and calm. I have a business to run, he is un-employed and able to find ways of making my life difficult.

I do feel a bit better though. I found out one of my clients did in fact hire him! I confronted my client with this and turns out he was out as soon as he was in.

I think this whole deal has taught me that I have little value to most clients and friends.
Perhaps my lack of social connection with people. I am very busy working all the time, so I don't hang out much. Plus my Idea of fun is writing music or reading GS post.
