Two weeks?!?!?!?! 
I waited 6 months for my Tonelux rig to come in. I waited almost a year for the Lynx AES16e card until I gave up. I know that Roundbadge waited like a year and a half for his GTM-822 from Aurora Audio and wait times for many Shadow Hills products are 6 months or more.
We are dealing with small companies here. I hate that the availability is like this but I don't think we can do anything about that. Deal with the quirks of small boutique companies or purchase gear from larger places. That or don't buy the new HOT item, there are plenty of things out there that sound great and are in stock because they are not as "hip and cool."
