I want to use my mpc2000xl as a drum pad for logic but I'm having trouble. Yes I have R all of TFMs. I wanted to try this out to see if I can sell my MPC for the MPD24 and simplify my set up

I can sync the MPC to MTC but it will not recognize notes from the drum pads to play the software drum instruments

I understand this must be incredibly easy... please help me out. I think the problem might be setting up the MPC with the Audio MIDI setup because it protools doesn't recognize the midi notes either. Using a Digi003 with L8
