Agreed. Any legal action you take will win the battle but lose the war. Legal action is all well and good in principal but what you'll find is that when people get wind of i, you'll have even less clients. I say that any client who walks away from you on here-ay is not much of a client anyway....

You've had a hard time but will have to move on from it. Is there nothing you can do to keep the peace with him? Surely there must have been some two way antagonism - unless he's a nasty piece of work!
