The shadow hills stuff appears to be very well built too, and they're going for a particular aesthetic that probably affects the price substantially. Their stuff has a very cool look and feel (I haven't heard it). But I don't think putting bakelite knobs and magic eye tubes on the Folcrom would make it sound any better. |
