I contacted them and they replied (the next day). I am not a noob and this is not a user mistake. I have had the delay issue that many others have had as well as the eucon software either disconnecting or crashing the imac. When i got rid of the MC MIX, the computer was stable again. Everything was installed as instructed. I know it is not the computer because I am running an MLAN setup on the imac that i have zero issues with (including the control surface on the 01v96v2). I also tried to run the MC Mix without the MLAN stuff and had the same issues. Logic was a nightmare and cubase support was a joke.
I am not trying to pick a fight or anything but since when am i expected to shell out $1000 and get half developed equipment? If Neve, Manley, Avalon, etc... put out a half developed piece of equipment and then expected me to pay a premium then they would be hearing from me as well. This is not just an issue with euphonix, it is an issue with a lot of companies. Why should we have to sit here and take it?
As a side note, i got to see the MC mix (and control) in action at NAMM and thought that this was one of the coolest pieces of gear to come out this year. I LIKE the unit. I am not pleased with my experience as a customer - i expect my unit to work when i purchase it.
