I'm going to be jumping on the wagon very soon, and am weighing my racking options. I'm leaning more towards the Averill or Purple, but the cost of the API 6-spacer is more attractive.

I would 100% go with the purple. As the format evolves so must the racks.
The API and BAE work well and fine I'm sure (I've had no problem with my lunchbox but I haven't had it fully packed NOR have I tested any others), but Purple has taken the next step with their extra output in the back. Developers will notice this and there WILL be new units that utilize this.
