In that thread you said that YOU gave your friend a copy of the live broadcast - now you claim he was an assistant on the live remote and HE cloned a DAT? Which is it?

IMHO, at this point you should either:

a) get over it or

b) sue them and get the credit on the next pressing, and on the All Music Guide and CD Universe on-line credit listing

Ty, Dug and Jerry are reasonable folks and not known for f*kking people or taking advantage of those who have worked with and/or supported them.

Of course, legally they could most likely simply have asked ZROCK for the master and released it themselves, since they own the Performance copyright as well as the publishing.
