Regarding your other question: Liquidmix ONLY runs over the Firewire port, no SPDIF or the like. With a Macbook, would need a hub, it's probably not possible to get it to run properly besides a FW audio interface or any other FW device (external HD etc.). You need a Macbook Pro with 2 FW ports or an alternative for the Liquidmix (maybe the URS Console Strip Pro?).
