That wrong hole is a bummer. The rest is absolutely fabulous!
Pictures can give you that sort of 'wrong view', on the first picture of the floor socket, you wouldn't expect it to be that big, but now that I see it with the power socket itself inside, it's much bigger
It's still a very good idea. I'm going to keep it in mind
