Hello all and thank you in advance for your replies...

It was suggested that my back wall be bare...drums face it so I understand that...room size is H=8' L=18' W=10' So not a big room...but I understand why we would want to make the back wall bare...

Since this is also the room I mix in (Will be adding 5 bass traps and 6 smaller traps) when mixing, will the bare back wall be good or bad? Don't want to rip down something, soft wall, that is good...but willing to take it down if it bad...
