Oh, I thought we were talking about the intro. Yes, later in the song there is a 909-type snare. Could be a burst of noise as well, not sure. I can't remember whether the R70 had a 909 snare sample or if there was a 909 expansion card.
I'm certain that the bassdrum (in the intro, that is) is sampled off "Nightclubbing" and I'm also certain that it was processed with Turbosynth and possibly some outboard gear and Floods ARP2600.
Again, there's almost no sound that wasn't processed on that album.
