It's not clear from your post how you would get four mic inputs with your duet but that would probably work well. (I guess you would use the Zoom recorder - I read a review that made 4 tracks sound like a pain)
To make it simple I would probably just use the TLM 193's as a spaced pair for all three recordings. If you have a stereo bar you could try ORTF.
If you stick with a spaced pair or ORTF when the concert is over your done other then assembling the CD. The Duet doesn't do m/s on input so you'll have to do it afterwards. You didn't say what program you use on your laptop. Digital Performer has a plugin that does the m/s matrix but you'd still have to run a mix. Not sure about other programs so you might have to copy the 414 track, flip the phase and mix. It's your time.
