It is really easy to paint with a broad brush and I have done it as much in this thread as anyone else.......
but....
it all comes down to individual people and finding one that you can build a relationship with that works for both of you.
I was e-mailed twice by bexarametric after he read about how I was treated in one of the GCs the other night. He was really sincere about wanting to make sure that I was taken care of and offered to work with me long distance if I couldn't get the service I needed in Austin. That makes all the difference in the world. I just have to find someone with that level of dedication to customer service here......
For what it's worth, there are some mom and pop stores here that I will NEVER set foot in again..... Thanks bexarametric, bilco
