You might asking a question regarding "mixing yourself to monitors" while there's a show, that won't affect the FOH sound - right?

You can connect all the synth to DI's and use the DI's link option to connect them to the Mackie mixer. Than you connect the Mackie's L-R (Mainmix) to Stagebox as "KB Sub-mix" and ask the soundguy to send your monitor Only the "KB Sub-mix" to start mixing yourself without affecting the House sound.
Keep in mind that all the DI's outputs should be connected to stagebox as well.
That way, The foh soundguy get's to mix all your lines while you are mixing yourself to monitors.

If you're using Headphones, this can be a bit different situation - That way you can ask to Receive the "monitor" line from FOH direct as a channel on the Mackie and use the headphones amp on the desk /w your headphones (And butofcourse, he doesn't have to send you your Keyboard's lines - they are already there !;-))

All in all, There's are unlimited ways to feel comftarble on stage, part of 2007 i've been touring as foh engineer for an electro band that used a Bass Amp to monitor a Nord modular - So there's actually many ways to make yourself at home @ stage, Bring your thoughts specificly for your show, that's way we can help you the most.

Are you using Headphones or Wedges?

Best regards, Noam.

OK...however the original post stated everything was running into the Mackie. There's no mention of DI's. Based on the orginal post with the current setup I think the pre fader aux sends are the best way to go...just trying to keep it simple.
