What were the issues with the Dell's? Was it firewire related like what Soundrage mentioned? Is there an easy fix like using a different firewire card?
I am apprehensive about buying a Mac for two reasons:
1. I've always used PC's at home and work and have never even touched a Mac, so I guess I have a fear of the unknown. I would have to research to know if it should be a consideration for me.
2. Looks cool but that 13" screen is a turn-off.
I don't want to put you on the spot but can you suggest other mfg's/models that work well with the N series?
