I'm surprised you had bad experiences with them... they put SERIOUS effort into training their employees and have a legit tech support department, which you can't say for many (if any) other stores. Their prices are SLIGHTLY higher maybe, but their service is great. I bet if you really had a bad experience and email them "attn Chuck Surak" (owner) he'll make it right.
