Is anyone else having latency issues with the apogee rosetta?

I recently upgraded from a Rosetta 200 with an X-Firewire Card to an Apogee Rosetta 800 with Symphony System because I was experiencing tracking latency.

It cost me close to $2000 for the major upgrade and I am still experiencing latency..

I am running Logic Pro 7 with a Mac Pro 2.66 Ghz Dual Core Intel Xeon and 5 GB's of Ram. My I/O Buffer is set at 64.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Can anyone help?
Its getting a little frustrating to keep having to move tracks forward to sync them up with the rest of the song.
