This would come down to one's personal taste of production style, but I'm sure there's a lot of common ground that a lot of us can agree on.

I'm mainly a metal head / electronica kinda guy so for what I know about those genres.

Metal: Anything by Fear Factory and whoever they're producer is, I like Adam Dutkiewicz's production (All Killswitch Engage albums, all All That Remains albums, As I Lay Dying: An Ocean Between Us), anything produced by Jamie King (He Is Legend, Kill Whitney Dead, Between The Buried and Me, Bloodjin).

Electronic: The Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Infected Mushroom, Simon Posford (Hallucinogen, Sphongle)
