you can get something like pch tone generator and make a wave file of c4 and c5 tones(261.6Hz & 523.3 Hz) then play the bass in a higher key, maybe eq it up a little to stand out more and match it to the tone to find it by ear. Even if you don't use a test tone you might want to play the bass in a higher pitch and run it through an eq or filter to make the tones stand out so you can match it to the rest of the track, sometimes the low bass tones can be harder to find the pitch in. Also some samples could be off by several cents and soundforge doesn't get that specific so you would be better off getting it by ear. Unless there is a program that gets that specific.
