I don't have a lot of high end mics, but with my gear I like CAD M9 or AKG Solidtube/Langevein DVC/Distressor. Alternative: Oktava 319/Drawmer 1969, or Oktava ML52/Drawmer 1969. Sometimes I like a Sennheiser MD421/Joe Meek VC1Q.
