I also try to protect the plant from the customer, as well as the other way around. If you want your record pressed in the middle of August in southern California or Florida you will have to put up with some non fill and/or warped/dished records. It's almost impossible to press a perfect record in 90F + heat unless you have water chillers which are too expensive to be practical.
