The single thing I would suggest would be to streamline the checkout process. I used to go to GC thinking I could be in and out quickly, esp. when the store wasn't crowded. Everything would go smoothly, until it was time to pay. There was always a problem with the computer.....

Several times, it took 20 minutes once we got to the register.

(The security check at the door is a pain also. There may be no way around this.)

So now I go to McCabe's. Much better service, pricing is close enough, I can get in and out quickly.
