I've only owned 3 guitar stores. I guess you've owned more. I don't know much but I know what retail is. Manufacturer's Sugeested
RETAIL Price. That's why it's called RETAIL. Street price, discounted price and so on are what a STORE sets, not the manufacturer. Sorry, you're just wrong on this.
Let's got back to what I said:
1000 msrp
650 street
600 sale
500 cost
20 shipping
So according to you, you got a measly 50 bucks off! not even 10%? who do these clowns think they are ripping me off? I mean they only paid 500 plus 20 shipping. They made EIGHTY FRICKIN DOLLARS OFF OF ME! WAAAAAAAAAA. That's enought to pay their electric bill for two years, ain't it? no wonder they are rich and pay all of their sales people $100 per sale no matter what. WAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Geez. Like I said, guys in teh pro end of audio and bands probably make .00001% of their sales income so I think they could well do without all of us. I think the fact that guy is asking is a GOOD sign. He wants to do stuff better. All we can do is try, folks.
