Well, Raspberry Beret has stuff going on in the bass frequency shaping the chords, presumably a keyboard part. But Kiss only seems to have that crazy gated verb kick going on.
In any case, all three songs cited are great examples of creative pop writing and arranging that broke from the norm of their day.
