If you're both tracking and mixing and you are used to the workflow of a console with tape returns and some other 'standard' features a used Legacy seems like the better choice.

I personally just don't get the little 1608 and the amound of buzz it's getting. Yea its an API and that's super cool, but it seems so compromised in terms of workflow. I guess it a good bridge between a line-in summing thing and a console.
