If you'd rather not tune the vocal, try this. make 2 copies of the lead vocal track, and pan them hard left and right. Pitch shift one up 5-10 cents, and the other down 5-10 cents. Keep these 2 tracks kind of low in the mix. This sort of "smears" the pitch enough that it masks a little shakiness. Kind of like a chorus, but not modulated.
