It is a scam and, one that is unlikely to change unless you take Akai to court.
As it is, the pad "upgrade" (for want of a better term) is a ripoff.
Akai should at least be selling this thing half the price they are charging. |
as stated, it ain't my petition. my pads still work, but i'm considering doing the swap just because i hear it gets rid of the "double trigger" problem. that sucks bigtime.....
